virtual clinic
when you’re ready to talk about it, book a virtual session
Coaching is different than therapy, in moderate ways. When you want to deal with the present and focus on goals with the future in mind - you see a coach. When you want to address issues from your past that get in the way of your present, you see a therapist. That is the most simplistic way to describe it. Your coach isn't going to rehash your past and send you back through your trauma. Your therapist will.
When it comes to love and relationship issues, which professional you are best suited to depends on your situation. Both solve problems, just in different ways. Most therapists will refer you to a specialist, like us.
So if you’re here, let’s clarify how we can help.
All of our sessions are now virtual and scheduled online. You’ll be able to choose a time that works for your schedule, pay for your session(s), complete the intake form, and receive the video conference link to attend.
In the first session, we’ll have the opportunity to “meet”, get to know one another a bit, go over what it is you’d like to get out of our sessions together, and lay out a plan. Most clients require a series of sessions to address more complex relationship issues, while a few may want a session just to discuss a particular concern.
During the session your clinician will listen to your concerns, make recommendations (based on the leading of the Holy Spirit), and guide you into growing toward your desired result. It is important to understand that your clinician will not make decisions for you, but will listen and share as is helpful. It is up to you (and your partner) to make changes necessary, and to consult the Lord for your personal situation.
